You can take up as many of the exclusive offers that you wish to. Should you elect not to utilise one of our offers, please remember that it remains on offer to you throughout the course of your membership and can be taken up at any time. Simply inform us of the service you now wish to utilise and we will forward your details on to them.
Telecom GM and our Gas & Electricity Provider will change your telecommunications and gas and electricity for you.
If you are changing your merchant services to you will need to contact your current provider and make the appropriate arrangements. Please request further information from Suncorp of your duties regarding your current provider when you arrange changeover.
For Insurance, Financial advice and Security Services ask the Partner Provider for further details.
Each provider differs in their exit penalties. It is your responsibility to determine and discuss any exit fees you may incur from your current providers.
Please allow up to 21 days for our Program Partners to contact you. In most instances contact will be made prior to this time.
Then we will give you your money back, less the non-refundable setup fee. We will require a copy of your previous providers bill/paperwork and our program partners bill/paperwork to confirm a lack of savings prior to reimbursement.
If you are no longer a GM Business Saver Member your rates will revert back to the standard rates for the remainder of your contract with the program partner.
